Sunday, 4th October, four days after the image’s arrival at the Lagman and Rapada residence, the Rosary was recited by the families along with other members of the crusade. The Glorious Mysteries were the focus for that day. The families later bid farewell to Our Lady’s image, full of thanks for its arrival in their home. During its stay, Julia Diana, Jackie Rapada’s second daughter, celebrated her first birthday (3rd October). Apart from that, was Precy Lagman’s birthday celebration (see previous news item).
From Holmewood Crescent the image was later brought on foot to the Mabalot Residence on nearby Arnside Road where it was welcomed by Jojo and Joey Mabalot, their daughters Izzy and Mia, and Joey’s twin brother Joel. Joey welcomed the image on behalf of her family. This was followed by the recitation of the ‘Family Prayer’ by all participants. The activity that night culminated by the community singing of Ang puso ko’y nagpupuri.
